Dick Heath's been a valued member of FIRA since the late 1980s and was the 96, 97 and 2002 President.
  
He started out in the Pro-Am division where he won a number of features and has been awarded "Best Appearing Car" several times.

Now in the Pro division, driving the number 19 "Heath Motor Sports Special", which is powered by a Polaris triple.
 
In the early years Dick competed in Midget's and Dirt track stock cars through out Indiana, well known for open wheel racing.

Dick and Wife Marcia were both born and raised in the state of Indiana, have four children, and seven grand children and now live in Milwaukee Wisconsin.

Dick, a former Muncie Indiana Chief of Police is Presently the Security Manager for Midwest Airline Corp
